Kana Shiraishi joins Georg Neumann GmbH as Marketing Director
Berlin, 31 July 2025 – Georg Neumann GmbH, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of studio-grade audio equipment and a brand of the Sennheiser Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kana Shiraishi as its new Marketing Director. In this role, she will lead Neumann’s global marketing strategy, working cross-functionally with teams in Product Management, Sales, Development, and beyond to ensure brand consistency, resonance, and reach across all key markets.
Shiraishi’s appointment reflects Neumann’s ongoing commitment to thoughtful brand development. While perception of the brand has always been central to the company’s success, her arrival brings dedicated leadership to this area, helping to sharpen storytelling, unify messaging, and ensure Neumann’s legacy continues to resonate with future generations of creators.

Shiraishi brings over 20 years of experience in strategic and operational marketing, with expertise in the manufacturing and technology industry. She has held various international positions within the Sony Group, including overseeing the alignment of the master brand across diverse business areas in Europe and contributing to global brand-building through marketing initiatives during the FIFA partnership under the 'Digital Life' category. Her strategic leadership in retail marketing further sharpened her understanding of user behaviour and strengthened her connection to end-user needs and expectations.
